ゴールデンコテージバイザシーは、愛情を込めて復元および更新された真のニューイングランドコテージです。 この趣のある1830年代の家は2015年に完全に改装されました。 パノラマの景色、大西洋沿岸の道、新鮮な海の空気は、真の平和と再生の場所を可能にします。 アベニューと呼ばれる美しいエリアにあり、エマーソンインとハリバットポイントの間にあります。 これは理想的な別荘です。 海岸沿いの道をハイキングすることを選択した場合は、ロックポートの歴史的な村を訪れるか、ロックポートとグロスターのビーチを訪れてください。

岩からの素晴らしい釣りがあります。 裏口から小さなプライベートの岩のビーチがすぐ近くにあります。 遊びの専用庭。 ロックポートショップ、アートギャラリー、ビーチから車で5分。

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Brenda's cottage. The home was spotless, the kitchen extremely well equipped, and the view unparalleled. On several days, we saw whales while sitting on the deck. Brenda communicated quickly & efficiently on any questions / minor issues, and we appreciated that she allowed us to check in a bit early. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect - with easy access to all that Cape Ann has to offer.

We -- three generations of a family -- loved staying at this beautiful spot. The view was extraordinary and it was great to sit on the deck and watch the lobster boats come into the cove. The children enjoyed spotting deer and rabbits in the backyard. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use. Brenda was responsive to any question we asked. We would very happily stay here again!

This house is lovingly cared for by the owners. It is located in a quiet quaint neighborhood that is wonderful to walk around. You can take one of many public access walking paths down to the water. The location is perfect to get to downtown Rockport or Bearskin Neck for shopping or great restaurants. Gloucester is a short drive as is Good Harbor Beach.The house has a wonderful open floor plan with lovely balconies on the main level and the bedroom level. It is well stocked with kitchen items and this year new bedroom furniture and ceiling fan. The main level deck is heaven. There are 2 bathrooms, the lower level has a tub and the upper level one has the most amazing shower ever and heated floor. The back yard is great for kids. This house is a gem which is why we have returned year after year.

The “view” inside and out…wonderful! Very clean and comfortable home for our family get together. And, the ocean nearby, amazing! This home is conveniently located for quiet walks or quick drives. It is stocked with a small collection of pantry goods and all of the cooking equipment you should need if you decide to cook in and not go out for all of the fresh seafood you could possibly eat. Loved being back in Rockport!

The house, the setting, the quiet neighborhood and the close proximity to the ocean,state park and town--all were great and appreciated by our group of five best friends of more than 50 years. Highly recommend this VRBO for friend/family reunions.

We came to Rockport for our daughter’s wedding and really needed a place to rest and unwind in between pre-and post-wedding events. This was the perfect place to do that! There were five of us in all, and with five bedrooms and two bathrooms, we were very comfortable. The upstairs shower was a spa experience! The entire house was really well supplied with pretty much anything you could need or want, including games, books and puzzles and the kitchen was very well outfitted with anything you might need. . The two decks offered amazing places to relax, have your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. I would recommend bringing a pair of binoculars because the sunrises, sunsets, wildlife and boats on the water are definitely worth viewing. There’s even a beautiful woodsy path down to the beach. We hope to return soon and stay here again.

Amazing vacation

We had an unbelievable stay at this wonderful house. There are very thoughtful touches that help make guests feel so welcome comfortable and tended .This house is exceptionally clean. This is our 2nd stay and it 's just perfect for our family, from 2-80yrs

Great stay for family and friends

The perfect, sea side getaway for a large family or group of friends. Big open space downstairs for community time, and a numerous bedrooms upstairs for private time. Two dedicated parking spaces out front and plenty of curbside nearby. A total win for large groups.

The Golden Family live in Roswell, Ga and enjoy their retreats to Rockport. They pastor St. Peter's Place Anglican Church and own Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee company which works with farmers in Rwanda while providing coffee drinkers in the U.S with an excellent cup.

The Golden family fell in love with Rockport while Jonathan was attending Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. As Jonathan walked the paths of Cape Ann he was reminded of his families roots in Cornwall, England. The property is a historic home that they restored in 2006. It has beautiful views and easy access for brisk swims, kayaking and paddle boarding right from the back yard.
