The Space:

The comprehensively equipped flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony. A complimentary set of toiletries, towels and bed linen are provided for guests to start their stay. The flat also has access to high-speed free Wifi internet, so you can carry out your daily chores while working remotely without any hassle. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, allowing you to prepare home-cooked meals. The interior of the flat reflects the elegant and modern architecture of the building. The appropriate choice of light colours with decorative elements creates a homely, cosy atmosphere. The flat also has a washing machine, which is particularly useful during longer stays.

The location is a rapidly developing district, a place combining atmospheric tranquillity with a modern, metropolitan character. The apartment building is equipped with a lift, which allows convenient access to each floor. The building provides privacy and a peaceful stay. A huge advantage is the location in the vicinity of the park, yet close to the centre of Kołobrzeg and only 1 km from the beautiful sandy beach.

On the ground floor of the building there is a restaurant "Breakfast & Coffee ŚNIADANIARNIA". The surrounding area of the facility is well developed. Numerous shopping and service points cater for all daily needs - the nearest supermarket is only 450 m from the building (Netto). The location is also an excellent base for exploring Kolobrzeg and the surrounding area, and the well-developed public transport network provides easy access to the centre.
