気になった点 : 清潔度、チェッ クイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Everything shown in the photos and described in the listing is inaccurate. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, our experience was disappointing.
All communication was in German, which made it difficult to understand important information. While the property itself was clean and appeared to be new, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor, and after reaching the building we discovered there was no elevator—only more than 90 steps and a large staircase. This was never disclosed in the listing.
There is also no air conditioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable. There was no staff on-site to assist with questions or concerns, and when we emailed for help, it took approximately 24 hours to receive a response.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience that negatively affected our family vacation. We also did not feel the property was suitable or safe for families.
To make matters worse, we were charged for things we did not do. We noticed other guests have reported similar issues with unexpected charges, and unfortunately, the same thing happened to us. I recommend reading the other reviews before booking.
We would not stay at this property again and cannot recommend it
