On the ground floor there is a living room with a modern open plan kitchen and dining table as well as a bedroom (double bed) and a shower room. There are two terraces, one in front and one behind the house. At the back of the house there is a 4 x 3 m pool which is a welcome cool down in summer. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms (one double and one twin) and another shower room. From the balcony a spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace with sea views. Casa Rosa is situated in a new residential area between Conil and Fuente del Gallo, and the beach La Fontanilla is only a few minutes walk away. There is a supermarket within walking distance and restaurants and bars are also nearby.
