Casa Unoequis-Luxury villa for up to 20 pax with pool near the beach

Unoequis is a fantastic house for larger families or groups. It was completed in 2025 and can accommodate up to 20 people. It has a 17-metre swimming pool and magnificent views of Puntalejos Bay. The house has two floors, each with a large living room with kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. The house has a lift and is equipped for disabled access. Access to the pool is also disabled-friendly.
Ground floor: The large living area is bright and furnished to a very high standard. There is a large table, a sofa and armchairs. The open-plan kitchen with Küppersbusch appliances is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From here you have access to the terrace and the pool. The view over the small green valley to Cala Puntalejos is beautiful and in winter you can even see the sunset. The master bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is another bedroom with a double bed and three with two single beds. There are two shower rooms and an additional toilet for these four bedrooms.
First floor: The layout of the first floor is the same as the ground floor. Only the furnishings of the living room and kitchen are slightly different, but just as tasteful and high-quality as the ground floor. There is also a table here that can seat up to 24 people. A large balcony, furnished with a dining table and sofa, also offers a wonderful view of the sea. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and there is fast and reliable fibre optic internet.
Even more beautiful is the view from the walk-in roof terrace; the ideal place for a ‘sundowner’.
