As advertised - fabulous

Well maintained and appointed property. Agents were attentive and organised. Proximity to beach is excellent. Luxury and stylishly furnished. Plenty of parking. Huge pool which was wonderful.

It was simply perfect

Like my title, everything was just perfect wIth the property, the administration and the amenities. The property is extremely comfortable and well kept and as a bonus, the kitchen is very well equipped, there is excellent sound and entertainment systems and the rooftop deck is offers stunning views of the sunset.

Surpassed our expectations…

We loved our week at DosHorizontes. The villa was spacious and extremely well appointed. The pics did not do it justice! Very well situated to the gorgeous beach. Our group of 10 were very comfortable. We will return!

Relaxing Roche

The house met our expectations plus. It was perfect for our family holiday - 4 generations with the oldest being 89 and the youngest 3 years. The children loved the pool and garden and the adults loved the outside space which was perfect for getting out the sun, for an evening aperitif and dining al fresco. There were a couple of issues with the house but Andrew, Maria and the team were very responsive. We would definitely recommend Roche for anyone wanting a quiet and relaxing holiday by the sea.

Family get together

We had the most amazing time in this wonderful property. Andrew and Maria were great hosts and very attentive with the small number of problems we had. We had a family meal one night with outside catering. Our chef Carmen was brilliant. She is an amazing cook producing authentic Andalucian dishes to the highest quality. Do use her if you want to have a family meal. The only downside of the stay was putting up with the regular wafts of the local sewage treatment centre. But that’s something outside the control of the property. All said and done this is a Villa we would return to in a heartbeat. Fantastic!!

Espectacular alojamiento con todo lo necesario y en buen estado. Situación muy buena cerca de la playa y el chiringuito de Roche. Piscina y jardín muy bien cuidados. Azotea con excelentes vistas. Personal atento. Ni un solo fallo. Todo perfecto.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren 11 Erwachsene (5 Paare, 1Single),jeder hatte ein eigenes Bad. 1 SZ war noch frei. Die Lage zum Meer, die Einrichtung des Hauses, es war perfekt. Einziger Mangel auf hohem Niveau: Der riesige Pool ist nicht beheizt und war schon recht kühl. Selbstverständlich würden wir das Haus wieder mieten. Die Agentur war sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen sofort geantwortet. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn bei der Hausübergabe eine kurze Einweisung in die Geräte stattgefunden hätte. So haben wir uns durchgekämpft. Die FEWO Gebühr finden wir allerdings zu hoch.

Geweldig verblijf!

Wij waren met de familie, volwassenen en pubers en hebben een geweldige week gehad. De villa is heel mooi, schoon en voorzien van alles wat je kan bedenken. Andrew was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zo mochten we langer blijven op de dag van vertrek, dat was top! Kortom, we hebben genoten!

Incredible place

What a great property - so much space for us all and walking distance to the beach. And Andrew was incredibly helpful when we were leaving too, making sure our return journey and remaining time went smoothly.

Unforgetable holiday

We were 6 adults and 7 teenager kids and all had a really great time in Dos Horizontes. The house is uncredible, each room is individually decorated and you feel at home immediately. The lounge area with the pool is very relaxing. The kitchen is extremely well equiped! To have the first morning coffee on the roof terrace was gordious. Andrew and Maria were very kind and helping and had good recommendations for us for everything! Heike, Germany

Eine wunderbare Location und unvergesslich schöne Zeit❗️

Wir haben unseren diesjährigen„Familien-Clan Ausflug“ von ganzem Herzen genossen. Die Alterspanne der Teilnehmer betrug von 23 bis 79 Jahre. In und um das Haus fehlt es an nichts, ...an absolut garnicht‘s - für alle Altersgruppen. Das Wetter war spitze und die „Sun-downer“ Terrasse ist ein echter Traum. Karibik feeling fast vor der Haustüre, in nur knapp 2.000 km Entfernung zu unser Heimat in Deutschland entfernt. Der Mega lange Sandstrand von fast 10km länge ist mit seinem feinkörnigen Sand ein Paradies für ausgedehnte Wanderungen, Strandläufe oder andere Sportaktivitäten hervorragend geeignet. Pferde Ausritte zum Sonnenauf- oder Sonnenuntergang sind möglich. Golfplätze gibt es in großer Anzahl. Da wir mit 6 Kerlen unterwegs waren, durfte ein Rennen auf der Circuito de Kartbahn in Chiclana nicht fehlen. Ausflugsziele gibt es reichlich, zb. nach Cadiz, Sevilla oder Gibraltar und sind in kürzester Zeit gut zu erreichen. Eins steht fest...wir waren nicht zu letzt mal hier!!! The best villa holiday we've had in Europe

Our stay at Dos Horizontes was totally incredible. Perfect setting, perfect service. So so much fun. 12 out of 10. Hard to imagine but the photos don’t do it justice at all. It's like staying in your own small 5 star hotel. No one compromised on rooms, all of them were perfect. We were a group of 7 adults and 5 kids (non-of whom could swim yet) and the kitchen, living areas, pool zone and proximity to the beach (with surfing and a bar) were incredible. We were a little concerned about supervising around the pool with young kids, but you can largely shut off access to the pool for parts of the day (early in the morning) when there is a risk small children could sneak off. This is due to large mechanical wind breaks that drop into the patio area. The pool was one of the best hangout spots we’ve ever had in a villa. Running a close second was the roof terrace, which we watched the sunset from most evenings. You also get Seville, Tarifa and Cadiz thrown into the mix. If you wanted any more endorsement of Roche and the surrounding area of southern Spain, one of our group quit their job when they got back and is moving out there. Other friends from Australia decided to stay on and explore for 2 months. To good not to share and we will certainly be back! Thank you team DosXtremos!

Maravillosa casa en Roche

Gran casa. Estuvimos catorce personas, siete parajas, adultos. La casa es una maravilla, la localización, la construcción, el equipamiento, todo de auténtico lujo. Muy recomendable. Increíble. Las fotos del anuncio, aunque están bien, no reflejan del todo la realidad de la casa. Esta las supera. Sin duda.. La atención por parte de Andrew extraordinaria. Atento y muy amable.

Amazing house in an amazing area

This property is exceptional. Our extended family of 11 (6 adults and 5 children) stayed here for a week. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. A fantastic kitchen and large tables for dining made group meals easy. The beach was only a block away and when we weren't there, we could hang out at the pool at the house which entertained the kids late into the night. The rooftop deck had a view of the ocean and was a great place to have our drinks while watching the sunset or the stars. There are several small towns in the area with dining options plus several bars along the beach. Groceries, a pharmacy, a playground, sport courts, and a zip line park are close by. Andrew was fantastic at getting us settled in and making suggestions for sightseeing and dining. He even provided us with some Spanish translation when we needed it and connected us with a cook to provide us with a memorable home-cooked meal in this fantastic house. Our family had a great week here and would love to return again in the future.
