The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and modern top-floor maisonette apartment in the heart of Düsseldorf. The bright and stylish accommodation extends over the 6th and 7th floors of an apartment building, is easily accessible by elevator and offers an ideal combination of comfort and proximity to the city.

The apartment has an open-plan layout with two bedrooms, a cozy living area with a high-quality sofa bed, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and two modern bathrooms - including a large bathroom with corner bath, shower and WC and a small guest bathroom with shower and WC.

A highlight is the huge roof terrace, where you can start the day with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or end the evening on the spacious lounge.


Up to 6 people can be comfortably accommodated here and have a wonderful time.

Recently extensively renovated, the apartment offers a pleasant atmosphere and is ideally located just a stone's throw from Düsseldorf's main train station and the trendy “Little Tokyo” district. This convenient location makes it perfect for city trips or trade fair visits.

Despite its central location, the apartment building is quiet and pleasant, mainly occupied by the owners. We therefore expect our guests to use the apartment quietly. Please note that parties, stag parties or similar events are not permitted.

The Neighborhood:
Along Kölner Straße and in the adjacent streets you will find a colorful variety of stores from different cultures, including supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and fashion boutiques. The internationally renowned “Little Tokyo” district, home to the largest Japanese community in Europe, is just a few minutes' walk away. The famous boulevard “Kö” (Königsallee) with its numerous international design and fashion stores can also be easily reached on foot in around 20 minutes.


The nearby Südpark offers opportunities for strolling and relaxing.

Düsseldorf is known for its gastronomic diversity, and this also applies to Kölner Straße. Here you will find cozy cafés, international restaurants, bistros and bars offering a wide range of culinary delights.

There are various leisure activities on offer in the surrounding area. The Rhine is not far away and is ideal for walks or bike rides. Cultural highlights such as museums, theaters and concert halls are also within easy reach.
Düsseldorf has a lot to offer culturally. Near Kölner Straße there are interesting venues such as the Mitsubishi Electric Halle for concerts and events and Florapark for relaxing moments in the countryside.
