Holiday Home 'Belvedere36' with Lake View, Garage and Air Conditioning

In Bedero, you are welcomed by this charming, 55 m² detached bungalow at the end of a cul-de-sac in a completely quiet setting. It is divided into one bedroom, one bathroom, and a well-designed living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. For your comfort, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine are available.



The highlight is the large, uncovered private terrace (30 m²) with an awning and a wonderful lake view – ideal for outdoor meals and relaxing moments. The spacious awning provides pleasant shade, and when the sun is low, an additional awning fabric can be attached. In your own garden with another shady sunbathing spot, you can enjoy the peace and unwind from everyday stress.



A lockable single garage is available for your car, bicycles, or motorcycle. Upon request, you can charge your electric car during the day at the 230V socket in the garage; this service is available upon request and for an additional fee.



Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.



The air conditioning dehumidifies, ventilates, and allows you to set your desired temperature for maximum comfort during your stay. Additionally, the air conditioning can heat if needed. Together with the infrared ceiling heaters in each room, you can also enjoy a pleasant warmth during cooler seasons.



Bed linen and towels are included. Alternatively, you may bring your own and receive a refund per person in this case.

Mooi klein appartement voor 2 personen (max 3) op een top locatie

Pros: prachtig ruim terras met fantastisch uitzicht, lekker koel door de airco, eigen parkeergarage, uitgebreide uitrusting en mooi terras meubilair. Cons: slaapbank was lekker groot, de 'enkele' bedden in de master mogen wel naar een dubbel bed ge-upgrade worden of minstens een twijfelaar. Zolang het maar 1 matras wordt

Pros: Klimaanlage in der Wohnung, Garage für Auto und Fahrräder, WLAN, tolle Aussicht, große Terrasse, sehr sauber Cons: Es war alles wunderbar, es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern!
