Apartment "La Torretta" (90m2) is situated on the top floor (2nd floor) of a beautiful 19th century Liberty-style villa. It is surrounded by a large, mature garden full of trees and flowering shrubs. The location is very peaceful and tranquil and yet is only a 5-minute walk to the lake and the many shops and restaurants of Pallanza. The apartment was recently renovated, and it is tastefully furnished and decorated with some beautiful antique pieces. There is ample off-street parking within the grounds of the villa.

It is less just over an hour from Milan Malpensa Airport and about 100 km from Milan itself.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds (can be made up as a double) and a large single bed. It can sleep up to 5 people (including a child). There are 2 bathrooms (one with washing machine and shower) and one with bathtub and shower attachment. The separate kitchen is large and well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-ring gas hob and oven and table and chairs. There is a large sitting room with a comfortable, generous sofa and SAT TV and a very charming seating area in the tower of the villa which is reached via a spiral staircase. From this tower you will have panoramic 360 degree views over Pallanza and towards the surrounding mountains.

The house has its own private area of garden with table, chairs and sun loungers for sunbathing, eating and relaxing outside.
