The property was not as described. We arrived quite late and found cobwebs and spiders in at least 4 of the rooms. One of the bedrooms had a shower and sink in it (not as an en-suite, just literally a shower in the corner so not really useable all the time for other guests). This room smelled terribly of damp. There was only one other shower room and 2 separate toilets which in hindsight was not enough for a group of 8, let alone maximum of 10.The outside space, shabby was small and the shed area with the bbq was very poor and messy. We did not use the bbq or the oven at all. The rooms lacked storage space and especially mirrors which in two of the rooms were too high up for an average height person to use.Spacious enough and close to Le Touquet beach.
