The sleeping quarters include a bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses measuring 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe, alongside a separate room equipped with a sofa bed (150x200 cm) and additional storage. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area, while the bathroom is complete with a shower and WC. For guest convenience, communal washers and dryers are available on floors 1 to 4. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is a non-smoking space. A designated parking spot in the underground garage is included.
