Comfortable and inviting stayThe living room is comfortably furnished with a cosy seating area and a 43-inch smart TV. It is the perfect place to relax after an active day outdoors or to enjoy a pleasant evening together.
 
The well-equipped kitchen includes various appliances and offers everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
 
Through the patio door you reach the outdoor terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and a wide electrically operated sunshade attached to the façade. The house features a very spacious garden with a terrace directly by the water, where you can enjoy peace, space and beautiful views.
 
There is also an external storage room accessible from outside, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. In the garden you will also find a covered seating area with an additional storage room that includes a charging point for e-bikes. 
Two cars can be parked at the holiday home.
 

Sleeping and wellnessOn the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with a luxury box-spring bed (not separable) and a private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. This is ideal for guests who prefer sleeping on the ground floor. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway downstairs.
 
On the first floor there are three bedrooms: two bedrooms with two box-spring beds each and one bedroom with a luxury double box-spring bed (not separable).
 
This floor also features a private sauna, a wonderful place to relax after an active day in nature.
There is also a second bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
 

Waterfront locationThanks to its location directly by the water, you can enjoy peace, space and beautiful views from the garden or terrace. The park’s water-rich surroundings also make this property attractive for nature lovers and fishing enthusiasts.
