This luxury home is located directly on the water and has a beautiful outdoor spa, outdoor fireplace/BBQ and a private sauna.
The luxury kitchen has various appliances. The living room is furnished with an atmospheric gas fireplace. You have access to a 43-inch Smart TV. In the storage room, which is accessible from inside and outside, you will find a washing machine, dryer, extra refrigerator and ironing board and iron.
The ground floor has a double bedroom. Downstairs you will find a bathroom with bath, separate shower and toilet.
In the hall you will find another separate toilet.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with two beds, one of which has a television and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. You also have your own spacious sauna here.
