Hausboot Friedrich in Plau am See

This new stationary houseboat is a floating holiday home and is permanently moored in the harbour town of Plau am See directly on Lake Plaer See. Lovers of the lake district will get their money's worth here! You spend your time on the water and are still close to the hustle and bustle of the small town. Enjoy the view of the passing boats from your terrace. Above all, living on a houseboat means being in direct contact with nature. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the sun on the roof terrace with a cool drink or start the day with a hearty breakfast.

Highlights included:
All consumption-related energy costs, bed linen and towels

Please note: The TV shown can only play DVDs. No TV channels can be received!

The houseboat is located in the island town of Malchow until January 2026. Therefore the photos do NOT show the current berth. Bookings for 2025 can be made under the Belvilla property number DE-17213-137.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Limited WiFi reception. The houseboat has no motor and is firmly attached to the jetty. No pets allowed.

Unser Aufenthalt war gut, alles sauber. Leider gab es weder Radio noch Fernsehempfang, da kein W-Lan funktionierte. Obwohl wir uns vorher telefonisch nach der Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine erkundigt haben, gab es keine Kapseln als wir ankamen und man konnte auch nicht sagen, welche und wo wir sie herbekommen können. Es gab durch eine falsche Einstellung mehrmals am Tag und leider auch nachts starke Geräusche von der Warmwasser-oder Heizungseinstellung verbunden mit starkem Geruch nach Dieselabgase. Es hat uns die erste Nacht erschreckt , da es sehr laut wurde und ca 15 Min dauerte bis auch für die angrenzenden Nachbarn Ruhe einkehrte. Roger und Renate
