The entrance features 2 bunk beds (190x90 cm). The living room offers a sofa bed (140x200), a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and wardrobe, a bathroom with sink and shower, separate toilet, and a loggia facing southeast with no direct neighbors.



The apartment includes a flat-screen TV and a powerful multi-speed ceiling fan in the living room.



A travel crib for babies is provided.



A private, closed garage in the basement is available, as well as a mountain bike.



The residence is accessible for guests with reduced mobility.



Pétanque courts and a library are also available.



During summer, rentals are weekly only, from Sunday to Sunday for easier arrivals and departures. The rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights applies.



The residence’s pool is heated and open from June to September.
