Best Value in Telluride!

This stay at the Fall Line Condos was fantastic. I really appreciated Tom and Elaine's flexibility to hook us up with parking, an early check-in, and even an upgrade to 2 bedrooms for a friend and I. Thanks a lot, if you're considering it, this is a great choice!

Great location, quiet apartment

The perfect location in downtown Telluride, on-site garage parking a huge plus. The apartment was surprisingly quiet which was wonderful. Friendly hosts. I'd stay here again for sure!

Perfect Ski Center

A simple place ideal for a couple or small family of four. A close walk to the Gondola and Lift 8. Very close to downtown and one block from a small market.

Great location and value

The condo was well-stocked and the location can’t be beat. It was nice having a parking spot. Everything was in working order and it was a great value compared to other choices in Telluride.

Perfect Location

I wasn't especially familiar with the town previously, but the spacious, clean condo was just a few blocks from the tram, the food market, the city park, a wonderful bakery and the beverage store. My wife and I had a wonderful time.

Blues and Brews Festival

I needed a place at the last minute and found this cool place just two blocks from the festival. While nothing fancy, it was clean, close to everything and was a quick walk to the festival.

Great value and location, nice hosts

Our weekend in Telluride was easy at these condos. 2 block walk to the lifts and several great eating and drinking options nearby. We met Elaine on checking in and she upgraded us to a 2 bedroom at no additional cost. So nice!

Great location for festival

I was looking for an inexpensive spot to base camp for my Telluride visit. It was great in that regard. Even during our pit stops we could sit on the patio and watch the comings and goings. Fun.

loved the condo

It felt like home. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was great! Loved the hot tub and the location to the gondola from town to the mountain was about 2 blocks. So convenient and beautiful scenery on our walk. All the shops on the main street were close by too. Our hosts Elaine and Tom were present and helpful. We will stay there on our next trip to Telluride!

Ski trip with friends

This condo was perfect for 2 friends. Location can't be beat-close and easy walk to the gondola. Close to shops and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Great value-would definitely come back. Property managers Tom an Elaine were super helpful.

Awesome location!

This property exceeded our expectations. Condo furnishings were a little dated but very clean and well maintained. We were in town for the Telluride Blues and Brews festival and literally less than a five minute walk from the festival entrance. The hosts were very nice and low key. Highly recommend!

Right near the gondola for a ski week

We picked this condo as it was right near town and the ski gondola and was in our price range. Still very expensive for a small condo which was a little dated but it suited us for the week. Would have liked tea and coffee and a smart TV like other places I’ve stayed but for Telluride it was simple, functional and we enjoyed our stay.

A cute condo in beautiful Telluride

The whole process from securing this condo, to checking in and out was a breeze. Tom and Elaine have a very cute condo located in a perfect area of town, close to shopping and Gondola. Best hosts ever!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location was so perfect for adults who wanted to wonder on their own some of the time. Right in the middle of restaurants and shops. 2 blocks from the free gondola which takes you to the village. Hosts were extra accommodating with many things we didn't even request. Thank you!

Terrific location!

This is a perfect spot in Telluride to walk to anywhere in town. Unit was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Unit is not super fancy, but for the value was great for us! Communication with the host was excellent- we will be back.

Good location, reasonable rates

All was good in the condo. The one thing I would suggest is hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang towels. The other towel racks are inadequate in terms of space and location. Otherwise, all good!
