Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, ideal for relaxing after exploring Palermo. Kleines Häuschen mit sehr guter Ausgangslage und Anbindung an die Buslinien in beide Richtungen. Großer Strand in Laufnähe und über die Felsen kommt man am Meer zu sehr schönen, kleinen, versteckten Sand-/Kiesplätzen. Supermärkte sind mit den Buslinien gut erreichbar.Die Veranda und der Garten waren ein Traum und durch den großen Olivenbaum und die Überdachung auch bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung benutzbar. Salvatore, unser Host, war nach der Odyssee unserer Anreise (wegen verpasstem Anschlussflug und fehlenden Koffern) wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und hat uns mit frischen Pizzen und Grundnahrungsmitteln versorgt.Wer viel unterwegs ist und nur eine einfache Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage und eben sehr schönem Garten benötigt, ist hier genau richtig.

Tout simplement une honte, je ne comprends pas qu’Abritel autorise la location d’un tel taudis immonde et insalubre. Même si les photos ne semblent pas mensongères au premier abord, c’est toute la structure du logement qui est une arnaque. Il s’agit en fait d’une pièce et d’une salle de bain en dur (qui doivent dater du début du siècle quand on voit l’état et l’insalubrité du local) sur lesquelles ont été COLLEES 2 structures métalliques et un bungalow (on voit d’ailleurs encore la plaque avec les feux arrières qui dépasse du mur du salon…)... Cela donne une structure bancale, sans aucune isolation phonique (on entend les chiens et les voisins à plus de 100 m...) ou thermique, et un sol incliné du côté du bungalow. Dans le bungalow qui sent l’urine d’ailleurs, il y a une porte qui donne sur l’extérieur et la seule façon de la sécuriser est d’enlever la poignée la nuit… Si l’on rajoute à cela des lits d’un autre temps (la plupart en canapé lit d’ailleurs), des fauteuils tout aussi vieux et bancals, la poussière, un mobilier plus que bon marché quand il est récent et à peine fonctionnel quand il est vieux, on se retrouve avec un taudis totalement insalubre… Nous ne parlerons pas des couvertures, des draps translucides et des serviettes qui doivent avoir 10 ans… Le parking est inaccessible, la plage difficile d'accès... Vous comprendrez pourquoi au lieu d’un séjour de 5 jours, nous sommes arrivés à 15 :30 et sommes repartis dès le lendemain à 9 :00.
