The location was amazing! The property was perfect for our family and most importantly when unexpectedly we were trapped on the island the staff worked to help us stay a little longer. They were so friendly to work with and made our trip that much more special.

Our family’s stay at the Beach House was truly wonderful. The property is a lovely, beautiful, waterfront retreat that looked exactly like the photos on Vrbo. All of the rooms were spotless, the dining area was spacious enough for our large family, and the kitchen was well-stocked with every utensil we needed. We especially enjoyed the multiple outdoor areas where we could gather for meals and relaxation. The ice maker worked perfectly, and the water sports equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear) was right by the beach — very convenient, even though we brought our own. Having a private area for sunset watching was a real highlight.Property manager Hans was outstanding — professional, courteous, and a pleasure to be around. We especially recommend renting jet skis from him; he literally brings them right to the beach, making it so easy and fun.Booking manager Samantha was also prompt and very courteous throughout the process. Although we unfortunately lost the first two days of our trip due to Hurricane Erin, we were glad we continued with our stay. The Beach House is a very special place, and we made unforgettable memories celebrating together. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-managed vacation property.

Fantastic Family Getaway

The Beach House is beautiful! It has a great view of the water and plenty of places to gather outdoors to see the beauty. The pool, beach access, and game room provided for plenty of entertainment. The house is also well supplied with kitchen supplies, pool equipment, beach chairs, beach towels, kayaks/paddle board, exercise equipment, and a great sound system. Hans, the house manager, greeted us and helped us with our first grocery order. We had a family of 20 ranging from 9 months to 85 years of age. We used all 8 bedrooms. We all had a great week and we wish we could have stayed another week!

The house was perfect for my family of 15. The rooms and beds are so comfortable and spacious. We used the kayaks and paddle boards on a regular basis. Phenomenal accommodations

The Beach House is a St. Thomas gem. The property was clean, well stocked, and well kept. The included facilities were modern and worked well especially with the big group we had. The location on Megan’s Bay is ideal. Hans the property manager was very responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Unbelievable home for Friends and Family

Beach House VI was incredible!!! We had Two large families for a week and we didn't want for anything. The home is extremely outfitted with everything you would want or need. Hans (house manager) is on top of everything. Also - if you want Jet Skis - get them from Hans!!! Our family and our friend's family had an wonderful vacation that was well needed. Can't thank our hosts enough. Book this location - you will NOT be disappointed!

STUNNING AMAZING PLACE!

We had an amazing stay at the Beach House. Pictures do not do this place justice. It is top notch! Hans was great to work with and was so very helpful. They have thought of every detail and we had a very hard time leaving! We were a family group of 16 of us and we had more than enough space. Every bedroom is amazing and all the little sitting areas are so cool! The pool is awesome and honestly we found we didn't want to even leave the property. The beach and view are to die for. We can't wait to go back!!

Wonderful stay with Family and Friends

Our large group of 18 people, ages range from 5 to 55, had a wonderful stay for the week of 2/22/25 - 3/1/25. The property is beautiful and has an excellent location facing Magens Bay. There are plenty of spaces to spread out and get individual privacy but also had large entertainment spaces to accommodate our entire group. We thoroughly enjoyed the clear and sandy bottom ocean along the bottom edge of the property. There are many stairs to get there, but you get used to walking up them after a couple of days. Just take your time if necessary, it's well worth it! We saw a lot of sea life such as turtles, tarpon, barracuda, puffer fish, sting rays, colorful reef fish, and even some dolphins. And the pelicans are pretty amazing as well. The pool was also a great place to hang out. The indoor (main) kitchen and the outdoor (barbecue) kitchen area are both great and have all the amenities required. The house owner rep Samantha was very easy to communicate with and very attentive. Hans, the house manager on the island, was also very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We rented a couple of wave runners from him for 3 of the days that we were there. We all had such a blast riding them around Magens Bay! He also provided us with some floating chairs that many guests enjoyed and appreciated. Our group has rented beach homes on different Caribbean islands in the past. The Beach House VI was definitely a hit with our entire group and we highly recommend it!

Wonderful Property

My husband and I had our wedding right here at the property, and it was wonderful! The views from the villa were stunning, and the villa itself was beautiful and spacious enough to host. Hans was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole week. Communicating with the property manager through VRBO could be slow at times, but it was an amazing villa for our stay in St. Thomas.

The Beach House VI - Our Personal Paradise!

Our stay at the Beach House VI was spectacular!!! The pictures are beautiful but don't do the real life house justice as only experiencing it will give you the true understanding of just how special it is. We loved the layout with all of the rooms having large beds and en suite bathrooms. It was perfect for our group of 15! The pool was great and the kayaks were fun for us to explore the bay! The sea turtles were swimming down below each morning and we would watch them while drinking our coffee. The house has all the amenities you could need for your stay! Hans the house manager was super attentive with any questions we had and he helped make the check-in process smooth and easy. We will definitely be back! We would recommend this property if you're looking for an amazing spot to share time with friends and family!

Great Family Vacation

Great time by all. House was awesome. We had plenty of room ( that accommodated 17 adults). Exceeded expectations. Did have some issues with ac units (did not stop us from having a great time). Views are Spectacular!! Will definitely consider returning in the future.

Amazing stay!

We stayed in Jan 2023 for a family vacation. There were 13 of us ranging in ages from 8 to 60. Property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hans, the property manager, was knowledgeable and attentive. I was amazed by the tools available in the kitchen and we were able to make wonderful family meals. The game room was a bonus for the kids. We look forward to returning!!

Just WOW!

This stay was truly amazing. When you book and pay a hefty price for a vacation your expectations are high, yet you're not really sure what to expect upon arrival. Thankfully our expectations were met and exceeded! This home has postcard views from every room and patio. Magens Bay is a sweet spot on the island for sure. We hired a chef to stay with us which was the best decision as taxis and restaurant meals add up and the convenience of having the chef with us made for a stress free vacation. We had extended family on this vacation and each family had 2 rooms to spread out which was perfect (ages 7 to 71!). The communication via VRBO/Amber was not as timely as I'm used to, but after a few days our questions were always answered. Hans was kind and helpful upon arrival as well. The cleaning staff came once during the stay and did a great job tidying up, changing the beds/towels, etc. At first I thought we'd want more housekeeping service, but once was actually perfect since the home was so clean upon arrival. Our chef did the majority of the dishes the entire week so that was a huge help! The beds are comfortable, the entire house is clean, there are plenty of bathrooms, lots of places to hang out including the awesome pool deck and bar area. Oh, and the Recreation Room has the best view on property. The beach doesn't have any sand area (it was all under water for us), but it's super shallow and easy to stand, wade, swim, snorkel, kayak, etc. Beautiful white sand and turquoise water. Having the kayaks, snorkel gear, pool toys, games, etc at the house is so nice!! I could go on and on, but overall an incredible place to spend a week with family and friends. You won't be disappointed. 10 out of 10! Thanks to the owners, Amber, Hans, Housekeeping & Landscaping staff and all involved in this property who make it such an inviting place to stay! We WILL be back!

The most epic and magical place ever

I celebrated my 50th birthday here with my entire family, my business partners and their family, and close friends. 17 of us total. This property is magical. Words do not describe a fraction of what we experienced here. Hams the Property manager is awesome, The cleaning crew were so kind. I have stayed at a lot of great places, amd this has been the most fantastic. The pictures do not do this place justice. We will be coming back again and again. Thank you for making such a spectacular place.

Amazing!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family & friends. From our own private beach to the well-stocked kitchen, all the details made our vacation one to remember. Hans was an excellent host and made sure we had all we needed. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and many have extra sleeping accommodations making it very comfortable for all. We used the pool and the beach daily. Walking/kayaking to Magen's Bay was fun although most said our private beach was much better! 50th Wedding Anniversary Trip

This property is beautiful. It has room to spread out or plenty of gathering spaces. We had everything we needed right here for everyone -a pool, the beach and beautiful views of the sunset every night. We loved this property and would love to return.

Villa is great, communication with owner was poor

I booked this trip originally for May 2020. When Covid hit, I was not allowed to leave my duty station (I’m in the military in Germany). The owner would not refund me. Yes, there is a no refund cancellation policy, but I thought a 100-year pandemic and the fact that I was not allowed to leave due to being in the military, that she would have made an exception. At least she let me rebook, so we rescheduled for 2022. In the 2 years between bookings, there were several times where the owner was difficult to get a hold of, took forever to respond, or didn’t respond at all. One time she said it was because she had Covid, but then it kept happening. The listing also falls off VRBO a lot and she said it’s because of VRBO, but then it kept happening. It doesn’t look good when you’ve spent thousands of dollars on a booking, and then the property disappears, and then the owner doesn’t respond. I thought I was scammed and going to lose all my money. Besides that, the local property manager in St Thomas was very nice, and the place itself is spectacular. My family loved it, and that’s what really matters to me. I am glad I found a nice beach villa and the location was great. It was expensive, but it’s a better deal than other villas right next door. This trip was actually 5 years in the making (anniversary) so I’m glad it all worked out in the end.

Paradise on St Thomas

This is a fantastic property. Bring your family and enjoy the amenities. Location is perfect. You will not be disappointed.

Family Reunion in Paradise

The most common remarks I heard from our family group of 16 staying at “The Beach House” were: 1. These are the most comfortable beds & pillows I have ever slept on 2. The most beautiful views 3. Is there a kitchen tool or item this villa does not have??! St. Thomas is truly paradise and Magens Bay has the most beautiful ocean water to swim, play and fish. Our group was aged 1 to 69 and all had the most wonderful time at this villa. This truly is a Luxury Resort, the only thing different than a commercial resort is that this is just for you and your guests. I don’t think you can beat this one for the most spectacular beach vacation! Book Shelly for cooking, utilize the wonderful Hans for provisions (and all questions) and take the Safari Taxis for sight seeing. Cheers!

The villa can be customized based on how many bedrooms your group will need. A minimum of 4 bedrooms is required. Our base rate for 4 bedrooms is $13,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit. Each additional bedroom after that, is an additional $2,750. There are 4 additional bedrooms that can be rented to make the villa an 8 bedroom villa for larger groups.

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Weeks are considered Holiday weeks and automatically include all 8 bedrooms and the cost of the villa is $28,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit.

We do allow small intimate weddings at the Villa (30 guests or less). There is a non-refundable wedding fee of $2,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit.

The cancellation policy is as follows:
- 75% of the total rental can be refunded upon 180 days advance written notice by the Tenant.
- 50% of total rental can be refunded upon 60 days advance written notice by the Tenant.
- No refund within 59 days prior to arrival.
