The Accommodation
Layout and Ambience:
Spacious, light-filled living/dining area with direct access to the kitchen—perfect for cooking together.

Two bedrooms: one with a 1.80-meter box-spring bed and one with a 1.40-meter bed; there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room (sleeps 5–6 people total).

Bathroom with a barrier-free, walk-in shower and a separate guest restroom.

A comfortable, home-like atmosphere, including a sun terrace surrounded by greenery in the heart of the meadows of the popular Münsterland region.

Amenities:
Fully equipped kitchen: filter coffee maker, Bialetti espresso maker, milk frother.
TV, free Wi-Fi, heating/hot water, fireplace.

Parking spaces right outside the door.
Close to a riding stable—you’re welcome to bring your own horse. I’d be happy to put you in touch with the riding stable. However, there are no riding lessons, and pony rides are not available!

13 km to the city center of Münster—one of the most beautiful cities in the Münsterland region.

Guest Access
Specific details about the apartment will be sent in advance and are also available in the apartment. Key pickup is contactless. The key will be left in a designated spot.

There are two entrances, so you can access the apartment without having to go through the main stairwell. There are three other apartments in the building (two on the 1st floor and one in the attic. The apartments are occupied by long-term tenants)

Someone is available at all times to answer questions or address any issues that may arise during your stay.
