Located in the historic center of Villagrande Strisaili, this charming 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property features a double bedroom and two single bedrooms—one with a balcony overlooking the main square and a work desk. Recently renovated, the house retains authentic traditional elements while offering modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, induction hob, and dishwasher, as well as a living room with fireplace. Additional amenities include a washing machine, baby cot, workspace, crib, and high chair.



Being in the heart of the village, the squares and streets can be lively with local events during summer. Thanks to double glazing, shutters, and blinds, the bedrooms remain comfortable. Small bags of earplugs are available in the bedside drawers for light sleepers.



The interiors are spread over several levels and lead to a panoramic terrace with 360° views of mountains, valleys, and, to the east, the sea on the horizon. The house is ideal for families.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used for barbecues or cooking. Please observe quiet hours from 00:00 to 8:00.



You will have exclusive use of the entire accommodation and can return at any time. Public street parking is available nearby, and a private garage for motorcycles and bicycles is at your disposal. Electric car charging stations are about 100 meters away. A gym is just a short walk from the house.



The holiday home is conveniently located near supermarkets, butchers, bars, gym, tobacconist, newsstand, jewelers, pizzerias, fresh pasta shop, pharmacy, ATM, and the Town Hall. The Santa Barbara forest is 3 km away, while Lake Flumendosa, Bau Mela pools, and archaeological sites are about 7 km away.
