The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 650 meters away and is perfect for relaxing walks and swimming. The central promenade, Strandstraße, is just about 150 meters away. There you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés. Everyday amenities such as bakeries, butchers, and supermarkets are also within easy walking distance.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers approximately 60 square meters of space for up to 4 people. The living area is furnished with a cozy sofa, a TV, and a radio. The open-concept kitchenette features modern amenities such as a dishwasher and a dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and another TV. A highlight of the apartment is the spacious balcony facing northeast, which offers a magnificent view of the newly redesigned Lindenpark.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the villa’s basement for a small fee. A parking space for your car is available right next to the house. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable storage room on the property. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.

Thanks to its proximity to the city center, you’ll find a wide variety of shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants; if needed, there’s a doctor’s office and a pharmacy right down the street.
