Description of the house:
A spacious house of about 100 m², offering an open living area and a mezzanine. You will also have a 300 m² outdoor space, ideal for enjoying sunny days. Although the house is well insulated, the proximity to the railway means you will still hear trains, especially some passenger trains during the day and several freight trains at night.
On the ground floor:
Open kitchen connected to the living room with two French doors opening directly onto the terrace. Access to the mezzanine via a miller's staircase.
Large bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed.
Bathroom with shower.
Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
Bedroom with a double bed.
Large bedroom with two double beds.
Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Mezzanine overlooking the living area (kitchen-living room).
Location:
Close to Autigny-La-Tour (8 km) and Domrémy-La-Pucelle (10 km).
