The house features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, video on demand, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. Families benefit from 2 baby beds, 1 high chair, and shared toys and books for children.

Final cleaning and electricity are available for an extra fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, especially outdoors during summer. For any special occasion (birthday, family gathering, etc.), please inform me and request the owner’s approval via the booking platform before reserving.
