Cozy and CLEAN 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home, with wood stove, hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, granite counter tops, 3 televisions, Cable service in living room, ROKU TV’s in bedrooms, Wi-Fi-, two bathrooms, one tub shower combo. Queen bedding in each room. Gas BBQ, front deck, and back yard deck with Hot Tub. Large front and back yard with lawn. Ideal location to explore the back country, away from the crowds in a quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Lake Tahoe, Sierra Ski Resort, Kirkwood, Heavenly Resort, the casinos and nightlife. Cross country skiing out your door. Mountain Views! Ideal Tahoe location for the outdoor enthusiasts! Perfect for Couples Getaway, or small family. Local grocery store within minutes. We really enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s cozy cabin. It felt like we were invited to a friend’s home. The proximity to Kirkwood was perfect for us and while we didn’t do a ton of cooking, the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clearly explained and my only regret is not writing a note in the travel book left for guests. It’s been a long time since we’ve stayed in a vacation rental that truly felt like home. Thank you and we can’t wait to return.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Very nice house for up to 4 people. Loved the hot tub with views of the mountains. Close to South Shore but not too close so nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend it.

Cute cabin in a great location

Stayed at the cabin for a few nights while snowing boarding at Sierra At Tahoe. Close location to the mountain, lots of good food options in town too. The cabin was a great space for my family.

Relaxing and beautiful stay

This property is wonderful! Perfect for a small family vacation stay. Fresh flowers in the rooms and cute decor made this stay extra special for our family. Location is great as well, not too far from town.

Cozy and Relaxing

A Wonderful Stay at Beaver Brae

My husband, daughter, and I had a wonderful winter stay at the cottage. Everything was exactly as described and was very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub, and walks in the neighborhood including a creek area to explore. The location was great to access all the activities the South Lake Tahoe area has to offer. We highly recommend this cottage and hope to return again!

We chose this house for the location! Quiet neighborhood, away from the crowds. But minutes from all the activities that visitors come here for, and that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. About 20 minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe. Grocery shopping 5 minutes from the cabin. Close to ski resorts, Sierra, Kirkwood, and Heavenly. Cross country skiing out your door. This is ideally a perfect couples getaway close to many outdoor activities. Very popular in summer for hiking and biking enthusiasts because of the back country roads and trail access. Perfect location for the Death Ride. About 15 minutes to Echo Lake.
