良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
Firstly, this property was very clean. Access was easy and the house and kitchen is very well equipped. It is also quiet and secluded. Good parking & the communication with the hosts is good. However, the photos are misleading. I imagine many people would book it for the garden and it is much smaller than the photos suggest. It is actually a small garden. Also, the grass is fake. This wasn't specified in the listing & I wouldn't have booked had I known. We couldn't get the hot tub to work. We only managed it once and it turned off after 20 minutes and wouldn't go on again. The next day 2 of the 3 jet systems turned off. We couldn't get them back on. We assumed it was faulty so we only got one use. There were no detailed instructions in the visitor book. Apparently there is a trick to get it to work but it would have been good to have been told this beforehand. People should know that there is only one toilet on the ground floor and it isn't in any of the bathrooms. Also, although I paid for the whole house, only 2 of the rooms were made up with bedding & were chosen for me before I arrived. We had no choice & therefore, we only had use of downstairs. Additionally the beds/bedding/towels are supermarket quality & polyester, I would have expected hotel quality bedding (cotton bedding) at this price point. I took my own towels, thankfully. I also went out & bought sheets. Additionally, the wifi doesn't work in any of the bedrooms. This could be a problem for younger people.
