First class in every way

The condo location is great, the owners were extremely responsive and helpful. The condition of the condo is great and it has absolutely everything anyone could need. We would absolutely stay here again!

Second visit

This was our second summer visit the property. Our family loves it. Easy access to the beach. Great pools and hot tub. The house has everything you need and Darrell made sure our stay was fantastic.

Fun fun fun

The house is absolutely beautiful.. The owners of the rental property are very welcoming. The walk to the beach is very short and they have lots of fun beach toys!!! I celebrated my 30th bday there and it was the best time ever

Great amenities

We chose this place because of all the toys that came with it. We were in San Diego for a family wedding and there were many younger folks who enjoyed the surf and paddle boards. I would give this 5 stars, except there is no air conditioning and with the windows open , the upper bedroom was very noisy as it faces a very busy street. It was quite warm and really could use air conditioning to make this a 5 star property. Everything else is great, the bathrooms are beautiful and there are plenty of towels. The washer/dryer was used frequently after the beach trips. The host was very responsive to our questions and easy to deal with. I would stay again if it were cooler.

This guest was wonderful and very easy to work with. We clearly state in our rental description that the house does not have A/C -- most beach houses do not. I called the tenant upon arrival to let them know that we have fans all over the house to cool things off. We haven't had anyone complain about the lack of A/C. I checked back in with our guest later in the evening of their day of check-in asking if everything had cooled off for them after opening the windows and getting the fans going, and they replied "yes, all is well, thanks!" The statement about the 3rd floor bedroom facing a busy street is inaccurate as our house is in a development that isn't on the 101 Highway -- in fact, there is another apartment complex that is behind us. I checked back a few days later with the guests via text to see if they were comfortable. They did say it was noisy due to the traffic on PCH, but then commented that they were "country folk" and just getting used to it (their words not mine). They were lovely guests and I'm sorry if expectations weren't met.

Great stay for our annual family vacation.

Darrell and Stacey went out of their way to make our stay a positive experience. We loved the gated community and overall the community was quiet and the property was clean and comfortable.

Memories for a lifetime!

I highly recommend staying in this beautiful property. The entire process was seamless from the time I booked until the time our vacation ended. Darrell’s communication was fantastic! The home was adjacent to gorgeous beaches, restaurants and parks. The interior was clean and so well stocked! So many added touches to make the home cozy! Plus, I was greeted with a beautiful basket with an assortment of treats in the kitchen for my family to enjoy. The property had enough bikes for us all to use on our daily adventures. The home has an amazing washer and dryer that was such a perk too! Hope to enjoy another stay in this property in the near future. -Norine & family

Great vacation condo!

We loved the close access to the beach and the tennis courts were really nice. We feel very safe in this community and we will definitely come again. The host was attentive And quick to reply.

Wonderful Seabluffe Home

We know the Seabluffe community well since our parents lived there for years. This 3 bedroom townhome does not disappoint. The interior is much better than the photos depict and the owner supplied amenities are great. The hosts are wonderful to work with, very responsive. The development is extensive, lots of open space and walkability, tennis/pickleball courts, pool and direct access to the ocean. We'll be back.

Wonderful place and wonderful hosts! All the essentials provided including the good soft TP, hand sanitizer, hand soap, tons of beach and bath towels, other toiletries, paper towels, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, etc. Convenient location. Just amazing! We’ll be back for sure!!

Great Family Getaway!

Stacy and Darrell's condo was the best stocked condo we have stayed in. From snacks, Keurig Coffee Maker, Starbuck's Pods, broad assortment of cooking utensils to 4 bikes, bath, beach towels, and many surf boards, and balls of your choice. The condo is tri-level and in great condition. My wife and I had a large master bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor, while our kids and grandkids had the master size bedroom and 3rd bedroom with bunkbeds on the second level. The large living room and kitchen were steps down from the front door, which was on the second level, with a L-shaped beck with a table and chairs for outside eating or work. Darrell was most helpful and most accommodating, 5 stars!

Great Summer Vacation

We spent the week at this property and couldn't have had a better experience. The house was set up perfectly for our family. The property has two pools and easy access to the beach. With our kids it ended up being most convenient to drive to Ponto Beach. Stacey and Darrell were amazing host. They communicated great throughout the process and made sure we had the best experience possible.

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I, along with our two small children, were lucky to call this property home for a week. We were both very impressed with this rental- the cleanliness, quality of linens/beds/towels, detailed home information, speedy responses from the homeowners, etc. Everything was exactly as described! Perfect family home, excellent location

This home was wonderful for our family. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, which was a short walk away. The neighborhood had 2 lovely pools. Thoughtful snacks were available when we arrived. The owners had great communication. Wish we could've stayed longer!

Perfect family vacation

Had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly located, walking distance from beach and other things. Loved the gated community, where the staff was very helpful. The house is beautiful and very well kept. It has everything you need and want so it was very convenient. Darrell is a great host, quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for sharing your home. Quick ocean get-away

. Great beach condo!

Seabliffe is a wonderful community. Right on ocean, gorgeous grounds, beautiful sunset spots - saw lots of dolphins from the bluffs. Darrels condo has been renovated and the furniture was very stylish and like new. Had all the necessities and was surprised and happy to see water in fridge and snack box when we arrived. Beds were nice. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at. Note: Currently due to COVID families need to pre sign up for pool access for 1 hour per day and not on consecutive days.

Perfect beach stay in Leucadia

Darrell was a terrific host. Not only is the space clean and well laid out, we found lots of thoughtful touches throughout our stay – snacks awaiting us upon arrival, plenty of games for our one rainy day, cruiser bikes, beach towels, tennis rackets, and surfboards. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a great family trip to the beach.
