An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over 4 steps directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 10 persons. Bedroom as intersecting room and with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, 2 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.


Location
Gyenesdiás. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via cable. The accommodation is equipped with hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a carbon dioxide detector and a smoke detector.
