The 80m² non-smoking apartment "Wintergarten" is located on the ground floor of an idyllic thatched-roof house, just steps from the dike. It comfortably accommodates up to four people. The spacious conservatory, with a dining table, lounge chair, reading corner, and access to the terrace, forms the heart of the apartment. The cozy living/dining area features satellite TV, a radio, and comfortable armchairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and egg cooker – a dishwasher is not provided. Two separate bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes ensure a restful night's sleep; one of them also has a TV. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer. A parking space is included, as is bicycle storage – ideal for excursions along the North Sea coast.

Please note that construction workers and tradespeople are not permitted in this accommodation. Business travelers will also not be admitted, even if they have a booking. We kindly ask for your understanding that we only rent to tourists.

Burhave is a charming North Sea resort on the Butjadingen peninsula, known for its relaxed atmosphere and proximity to the Wadden Sea. The town offers numerous leisure activities, including the popular North Sea Lagoon beach, cycling and hiking trails, as well as cozy restaurants and cafés. Its central location makes Burhave an excellent base for exploring the surrounding region and the UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please note that fitters, construction workers and other business travelers are not allowed in this property. Even if you have made a booking, you will not be granted access to the accommodation. We rent exclusively for tourist purposes and thank you for your understanding.
