This one-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a historic building in the center of Esino Lario. Fully renovated in 2024, it features an open-plan living area with a complete kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom.



A large free parking lot with charging stations for electric cars is just 50 meters from the apartment. On the ground floor, you’ll find shared spaces: a laundry room with washing machine and sink, and a storage area for bikes or strollers.



Everything in the village is within easy walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, playground, bars, and restaurants are nearby. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. A baby cot is available on request. For larger groups, you can also book the MONTI apartment on the second floor of the same building, hosting up to 8 guests in total.
