The Samerhaus, over 100 years old, is situated on a quiet, sunny hillside in the beautiful Großarltal valley and has been completely renovated. Rustic on the outside and preserved in its original style, the interior offers significantly enhanced comfort and modern living standards—ideal for families, friends, and groups who appreciate plenty of space and the authentic charm of a mountain hut or country house.

From the house and the property, a breathtaking view opens up onto the surrounding mountains of the Großarl Valley and the Salzburg region. Here you can enjoy peace and nature—yet still be just a short distance from the bustling vacation town of Großarl.

Großarl is only about 4 kilometers away and is a popular vacation destination in both summer and winter. The town center features numerous shops, sports and recreational facilities, excellent restaurants and pubs, as well as a lively nightlife with bars, clubs, and discos. The district capital, St. Johann im Pongau, is just 16 kilometers away.
