Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 400 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an internal stair directly in the hallway with wardrobe and lounge. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with electric cooker and refrigerator. 2 bathrooms each with shower and WC.
1st floor: Eat-in kitchen with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker, oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. You have access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, high chair for children and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.


Location
Poljane. The holiday home is located on a 2000 sqm closed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a mountain road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) in the garage and on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October with views of the surroundings 10 m x 4.5 m 1.75 m deep). Pool towels are provided.

Shopping 2 km, restaurant 2 km. For a relaxing holiday, a car is necessary. In summer: Swimming opportunity 2 km in Ičići (beach 2 km in Ičići with pebbles, stones, and bathing platforms).
