Accommodation description:
Beautiful 7th-floor apartment with stunning frontal sea view, perfectly located in the town center near shops and restaurants. Two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed; sofa bed in the living room. Cozy lounge with panoramic sea view, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with modern shower and separate toilet. Residence with only one apartment per floor.

Wifi: yes – parking: not included – sheets/towels: bring your own.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
