Located in Balazuc, Ardèche, Villa Flora welcomes you to a 75 m² home for up to 4 guests. The villa features 2 bedrooms—one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a 140 cm bed—and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. For your comfort, the villa offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TVs in each bedroom and the living room, and baby equipment (travel cot, high chair).



Enjoy the private heated pool (open April 5 to October 30, heated May 10 to September 27), a covered terrace with plancha grill, and a pétanque court—all in a peaceful setting with vineyard views. The river is a 10-minute walk away for swimming.



Private parking is available on site. Parties and pets are not permitted.



Villa Flora is in the heart of Balazuc, one of France’s most beautiful villages. Explore cobbled streets, artisan shops, bars, and restaurants on foot. The local market takes place Mondays at 6 pm in July and August. Nearby: Vallon-Pont-d’Arc (20 minutes), Vogüé, Ruoms, and Labeaume (all under 10 minutes).
