Chalet “Bois 4” with Shared Pool and Private Terrace

Stay at Domaine Les Épinettes in Saint-Gervais (Vendée) and enjoy a nature-filled getaway just 10 minutes from the beaches and Vendée coast. Domaine Les Épinettes welcomes you year-round on a 2-hectare wooded estate, perfect for a peaceful stay with family or friends.



The warm 32 m² space accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom for your comfort. The chalet includes a small kitchen, a terrace with barbecue, and outdoor seating—ideal for relaxing together.



Wi-Fi is available at reception for an extra charge.



The estate offers many amenities: heated pool (May–September), children’s playground, tennis court, bike rentals, snack bar, and convenience store. Enjoy the tranquil, green setting just a few kilometers from the beaches—perfect for recharging.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Bed linen, towels, and cleaning service are available for an extra charge.



Heating is available from October to April with a free allowance of 25 kWh per day; extra usage incurs an additional charge.



A baby cot and high chair can be borrowed free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
