Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the centre of Quiberon, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Grande Plage de Quiberon" 100 m, indoor swimming pool 900 m, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie de Quiberon" 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, golf course (9 hole) 1 km, surf school 8 km, sailing school 2 km, tennis 1 km. Nearby attractions: Casino 1 km, Côte sauvage et Presqu'ile de Quiberon 500 m, Belle île en Mer, Houat, Hoedic, Carnac et les Alignements 20 km, Vannes 50 km, Lorient 60 km. Hiking paths: Golfe du Morbihan. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Quiberon, 1 km.
5-room apartment 90 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 4 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Magimiw Nespresso) extra). Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Terrace 15 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: no parking. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. No internal connecting door between the separated properties.
