The holiday flat Ostseeflair by Seeblick Ferien ORO is entered via an external staircase, from here you can immediately access the first south-facing balcony (approx. 25 m²), which awaits you with a beach chair, teak deck chair and other cosy furniture for relaxing. The entrance area leads into the living and dining area with an additional shower room and WC. On the second level is your bathroom, which will make your wellness heart beat faster, as it has a floor-level XXL walk-in shower, a whirlpool bath, a sauna (infrared cabin) with colour light therapy and a radio with Bluetooth. Past the wellness oasis are two well-designed bedrooms with space for five adults and a marvellous view of the water. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) with an additional 40-inch Smart TV, overlooking the marina, while a bunk bed (bottom 1.40 x 2.00 max. 180kg), (top 90x200 max. 75 kg) for 3 people awaits you in the second bedroom with a view of the Schlei. However, the focus is on the perfectly realised, light-flooded living and dining area with wood-burning stove, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, which is designed in a loft-like style so that all rooms flow seamlessly into one another and the living area connects with nature. The integration of the open-plan kitchen with excellent equipment and functional design means that nothing stands in the way of cosy get-togethers, even when preparing all kinds of delicacies. The water backdrop in front of the dining area with a 180 degree panoramic view of the entire harbour and the Baltic Sea is close enough to touch - that's Baltic Sea flair.
