The modern holiday flat is situated on a 3000m² property approx. 4 km from the harbour. The beach, Markgrafenheide, Graal Müritz, Warnemünde, the overseas harbour and Rostock are not far away. The holiday flat is surrounded by greenery and is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Rostock, in the direction of Markgrafenheide beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + max. 2 children). The holiday flat has its own terrace with 4 x seating, parasol, sun lounger, a private playground with tree house sandpit and a barbecue area + fireplace. The flat is approx. 46m² in size. The terrace is partly covered. So you can also linger outside on non-beach days, you have a private locked car park on the property.
