The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso and filter coffee machine and even a cheese fondue maker. The living and sleeping area is equipped with a bedside cabinet, comfortable armchairs, TV and internet connection, leaving nothing to be desired. A cosy dining area and the bathroom with all amenities round off the offer.

The outdoor area invites you to relax in the beautifully landscaped garden, which is available for shared use. The balcony on the south side of the flat promises sun from morning to evening and is equipped with balcony furniture, ideal for enjoying the picturesque view to the full.
