Welcome to the enchanting holiday flat of our Chesa Aivla in the heart of Engadin! Situated on the Via Lavinas in a traditional Engadine house, this flat promises an incomparable holiday experience with its quiet and sunny location. You can look forward to breathtaking views of the mountains and valley from the balcony. The train station, bus stop, various shops and the mountain railway are just a few minutes' walk away, making your stay both relaxing and adventurous.
The interior offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The flat on the 1st floor is bright and friendly, with a view that is second to none. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso and filter coffee machine and even a cheese fondue maker. The living and sleeping area is equipped with a bedside cabinet, comfortable armchairs, TV and internet connection, leaving nothing to be desired. A cosy dining area and the bathroom with all amenities round off the offer.
The outdoor area invites you to relax in the beautifully landscaped garden, which is available for shared use. The balcony on the south side of the flat promises sun from morning to evening and is equipped with balcony furniture, ideal for enjoying the picturesque view to the full.
