Experience an unforgettable holiday in our charming holiday flat "Dorle", located in the idyllic garden behind our house. In this quiet oasis, accessible via a staircase to the top floor, you will find the perfect combination of relaxation and comfort. The non-smoking flat with its separate living room and bedroom offers space for 2 people and is the ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday experience.
The interior of the holiday flat "Dorle" consists of 2 separate rooms on a living space of approx. 40 sqm on the 1st floor (attic). The cosy living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, satellite TV, radio, CD and DVD player. Adjacent is the dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs by the window with a view of the large garden and an open-plan kitchen with a skylight. The kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob (2 hotplates), a fridge (with freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. Board games, books, CDs and DVDs provide entertainment on long evenings or rainy days. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, ample storage space and a large south-facing window with a blackout blind. A daylight shower room completes the living area.
The outdoor area of the holiday home impresses with a spacious garden of approx. 2000 square metres, idyllic seating areas, garden pond with pavilion, Hollywood swing and a small wood. Guests of all holiday flats can enjoy the sun, nature and peace and quiet or use the barbecue. There is plenty of garden furniture available. Despite the communal use of the garden, everyone can find their own secluded corner. Parking is available directly in front of the house, and vehicles can also be parked free of charge in the public area in front of the property.
The location of the holiday home in Benneckenstein, close to the main road and the town centre, means that you can easily reach all the amenities of the town on foot. A bakery, a café for breakfast, restaurants, a pizzeria at the spa gardens as well as shopping facilities, a bank and public transport stops are only approx. 500 metres away. You are also ideally located for hiking, cycling and exploring the entire Harz region. The historic Harz narrow-gauge railway is about 1000 m away and from there you can climb the Brocken or explore the Harz in the footsteps of famous personalities such as Goethe and Heine.
