I’m very sorry about the strong dog‑urine smell on the living room rug and that a cleaner didn’t make it out during your stay. We’ve reported this to housekeeping and maintenance; we’ll arrange a professional deep clean or replacement of the rug and reinforce our pet‑odor cleaning protocol to prevent this in the future. Apologies also for the delay getting bedding for the pull‑out bed. We’ll review our bedding delivery process and our communication procedures during check‑in hours so requests are handled the same day. We’ll also update our welcome message to advise guests to request pull‑out bedding as early as possible. Thank you for the note about spices/oils and the beach chairs — we’ll review the kitchen starter kit and inspect/replace worn chairs so loungers are more comfortable. Hmm, not sure how productive of a review this is. First, not sure what the guest is talking about with the screen door, we have full time maintenance and text, email, and phone contact and we would of fixed whatever issue they are describing. Second, neither beach equipment or food items are supplied and that is communicated prior to the guest arrival - given the current environment and cleaning requirements we remove all food items left by previous guests as we cannot take responsibility for left over food items.
