Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. The approx. 85m² semi-detached house is situated on a quiet street.
Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture for four people and a car parking space. Please remember: dogs must be kept on a lead.
The ground floor offers a 35m² living room with an integrated kitchen and a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with shower and a storage room. In the kitchen, apart from the basic equipment, there is a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster and an oven. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a guest WC. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (two mattresses 90cm x 200cm), the other bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 200cm). External roller shutters are fitted to all windows in the house. You can use a washing machine and tumble dryer to do your laundry, which are located on the other side of the street (for a fee).
The holiday home is about a ten-minute walk from the beach and two supermarkets are within walking distance (approx. 300 m).
You are welcome to use our own fitness studio after personal instruction.
You can book up to 2 additional people.
There may be occasional noise disturbance due to a nearby building site.
