The house is in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and is surrounded by meadows and fields.
The property includes a large lawn, a spacious terrace with garden furniture and parasol and a barbecue. The property is also partially enclosed by a low fence and is suitable for children. The large window section on the west side of the house, where the covered terrace is located, offers a unique view over a nature reserve with meadows and diverse bird life.
The stylishly furnished house consists of a large kitchen/living area with a fireplace, satellite TV, sofa and offers a beautiful view of the fenced nature reserve. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. There are two bedrooms of the same type, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Directly above the two bedrooms is a loft "Hems" with two more mattresses and a TV. Another bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm). The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, whirlpool, sauna and underfloor heating, the small bathroom has a shower and a toilet. All windows are fitted with insect screens.
There is a wide range of leisure activities on offer, e.g. fishing, golf (8 km away). The location is particularly suitable as a starting point for excursions to the historical sites of Düppeler Mühle, Schanzen and for hiking on the Gendarmenweg. Visit the beautiful harbour towns of Sonderburg (10 km) and Flensburg (25 km), with their beautiful old houses and charming harbour environment. The house is only 100 metres from a beautiful, child-friendly beach on the Baltic Sea coast. The surrounding area is known for its diverse wildlife, so we recommend packing binoculars.
For our younger guests there is a baby cot and a high chair. Guests can use the internet connection / WLAN free of charge.
