The holiday house is below the main road in a quiet area without car traffic, as the road towards the sea, about 100 metres away, ends with steps.
The house has two floors with three spacious bedrooms with double beds and balconies. There is also a large living room with a dining table, separate from the kitchen. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped, you can find everything you need for self-catering. The house also has a sofa bed in the living room, wireless Internet access, air conditioning and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Two bedrooms each have a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm and one of the bedrooms have two single beds that can be separate or joined, each measuring 90 x 190cm. There is a room with table football and a pull-out sofa bed (200 x 120cm). The house has central heating.
There are also two terraces totalling 60m² and a garden measuring 160m², where lemon and olive trees ensure peace and quiet and privacy. There is also an open barbecue area in the gaden. In front of the house there is s private parking space for three cars.
