Guests can gather for meals and moments of relaxation, and enjoy al fresco dining under the shaded porch with the most breathtaking views of Tuscany. A few steps away, the enclosed pool area is on a lower level, surrounded by a tiled solarium and equipped with sun loungers and parasols.

A separate laundry room is located in the garden, close to the house. The enclosed pool area is located approximately 20 metres from the house, on a lower level, and is reached via a flight of 12 stone steps. The rectangular-shaped pool measures 10 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.60 m; it is lined with PVC, equipped with a chlorine purification system, an internal staircase for access and a cold-water shower. The solarium, tiled with ceramic tiles, is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
