The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a TV with a USB port and a satellite receiver and a wooden dining table with six chairs. There is also a safe for storing your valuables. You go through to the modern built-in kitchen in a rustic country style. It is equipped with a hob (three gas zones and an electric zone) with a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and an armchair/sofa bed. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. One of them also has a single bed (90 x 190cm) for a child and its own flatscreen TV. The very modern bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washing machine. A cot and a highchair are available. Plenty of shampoo and shower gel, bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
Your private sun terrace provides a dining table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol. You can relax here and enjoy leisurely holiday breakfasts with an extensive view over the green landscape.
The property has a new wooden holiday house by the pool, perfect for barbecues. The pool is hidden from view, ensuring privacy. The property is surrounded by a green fence of the Leyland cypress type. The new name of the holiday house is: HOLIDAY HOME LEYLANDIA.
