This spacious manor house has a living space of 213 m² and is divided into two separate floors and flats, where this is the flat on the top floor.98 sqm Baltic Sea holiday home apartment Experience a wonderful holiday in our large, very modern furnished holiday flats, which are only 400 m away from the beautiful sandy beach, which is within walking distance, directly in Mönkebude "the pearl on the Szczecin Lagoon"! Mönkebude with its beautiful meadows and forests, as well as its sailing harbour and beaches, is located directly on the Szczecin Lagoon, the beautiful Baltic Sea coast in the north-east of our beautiful homeland! It's nice to go for a morning walk in the countryside with your partner or four-legged friend to get to know the forest, meadows, trees, animals and shrubs! But if you prefer to sunbathe on the beach in a beach chair or simply in the sand, the beautiful beach is about 400m away from your accommodation, just to relax and sunbathe! Our little guests also have a lot of fun on the beach on the new playground where they can really let off steam! But the most beautiful are the evening walks on the beach where the sun caresses the sea and you can enjoy the peace and quiet here at the Stettiner-Haff.
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a modern furnished holiday flat on approx. 98 m², which meets the high demands of a comfortable holiday. The living area is divided into two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (180 cm x 210 cm) surrounded by two bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. There is always a spacious wardrobe with mirrored doors in front of the bed, offering plenty of storage space for your luggage. The centrepiece of the flat is the 30 m² living room and bedroom with integrated kitchen and comfortable dining area. Relax on the pull-out leather couch (2.35 x 1.94 m) after a day out, while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV, DVD player and TV-USB connection provides entertainment. When pulled out, the sofa bed offers a comfortable place to sleep for two people. The open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals using a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and numerous small electrical appliances, from a toaster and microwave to a coffee machine. For communal meals, take a seat in the attractive dining area on a corner bench with two comfortable swivel chairs. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a wash hand basin with WC and towel dryer, a washing machine and a bathroom window.
Relax on your furnished roof terrace and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature with its sunsets! We provide free sun loungers for you to simply enjoy the sun.
In the outdoor area there is a second terrace, which belongs to the upper flat, directly at the house, it is on the one hand very modern, also maritime and very idyllically laid out with barbecue and barbecue area, lounge furniture, parasol, a small sandpit with digging toys, children's pool and hanging chairs so that everyone feels comfortable. A shelter for bicycles as well as a free car park are available to every guest (for security reasons and electricity theft, unfortunately, no electric cars are allowed to park with us).
