Located in the charming village of La Pointe in Bouchemaine, this rental is set in a former 16th-century mill transformed into a neo-Gothic tower in 1872. Suitable for up to 2 guests, the 30 m² space features a bedroom with a 160 cm bed that can be converted into two singles, plus a bathroom. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker for your breakfasts. Additional amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, gas heating with adjustable radiators in each room, and a fan for your comfort.



Enjoy a private garden and the tower’s open terrace with spectacular views of the Maine and Loire rivers. A private hot tub is also available for you to unwind after exploring the area.



You’ll have access to an outdoor shared parking space on site and a communal bike storage room in a locked garage. One pet is welcome. Parties are not allowed.
