The fully equipped kitchen boasts an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a separate freezer, alongside a dining table with chairs. The modern bathroom includes a shower. Guests can enjoy communal amenities such as a swimming pool and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) on floors 1 to 4, accessible with the apartment key.
