This text describes a spacious, well-equipped pool house located near the child-friendly Dueodde Beach on the scenic island of Bornholm. The house is in proximity to the Hammershus Castle Ruins and various charming market towns with quaint shops and cafes. The house features a 20 m2 pool area with a water slide, Roman steps, and a counter-current system, along with a whirlpool and sauna. An activity room offers games like billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts, as well as a PlayStation, TV, and a bar with a fridge. The house\\'s dining area can accommodate all guests, and the kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two fridges, and two dishwashers. A cozy living area with a wood-burning stove, TV, and views of the terrace and garden is also present. Sleeping arrangements are spread across three separate areas and a loft, each with its own bathroom. The house also features a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, and a garden with a basketball hoop and a play frame with a slide and sandbox. The house also provides a 16A CEE socket for charging electric cars. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
