This spacious villa in Nr. Lyngby, near the beach resort town of Løkken, is perfect for larger families or groups of friends seeking a fun and relaxing holiday. Nestled close to the North Sea and surrounded by impressive dunes, it offers a unique blend of nature, charm, and activities for all ages. The villa features a luxurious outdoor wellness area with a whirlpool, sauna, and outdoor shower, ideal for unwinding in the fresh air. Inside, the impressive pool area with a water slide is perfect for both kids and adults. The heart of the home is a large kitchen and living space, complete with a wood-burning stove, a cozy sofa area, and a long dining table for 20 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. For entertainment, there is an activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a house bar. The villa has eight bedrooms across three sections, plus two lofts suitable for kids and teens. Outside, guests can enjoy a partially covered terrace with a barbecue, garden furniture, and a trampoline for younger visitors. Additionally, At the holiday home, you will find a charging box for electric cars.  Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
